In that case, you have to use a different form that explains the reasons for terminating the tenancy. There are only a handful of reasons that the city of San Diego allows for the termination of a month-to-month tenancy after two years. However, this rule applies to the rest of San Diego County if the tenants have lived there for over one year. Now, let me show you a few things about this form before we get started.
